- Please install Westbound and Eastbound stop signs at the intersection of Bowie St and 3rd St. Because of street parking on 3rd St west of Bowie St, a driver must pull almost into the intersection (past the current stop sign) to determine if a turn is safe. This is a HEAVY pedestrian intersection with walkers, runners . . . and at least 4 high-rise residential condo towers.
