Description
It is 9:18 PM, and the pounding bass from Naya Restaurant continues to get progressively louder. The noise is clearly disturbing adjacent residences. I am concerned the venue may be rented out for private events without adequate sound supervision or enforcement of noise limits. Residents should not have to endure escalating bass noise inside their homes, especially at night when they need to sleep and prepare for work. Please investigate this recurring disturbance.
