Description: road between manchaca and 1st on slaughter has no reflector lights on ground and paint is hard to see. impossible at night or raining. everyone serves into other lanes because you cant tell where to drive and the raised dividers you cant see when at night with oncoming lights. everyone talks about this so what's being done?
