- This vehicle is currently parked in a clearly marked NO PARKING/TOW AWAY ZONE during daylight hours, although it typically parks overnight and leaves by sunrise. Unfortunately, I leave for work at night and need sufficient room to safely back out of my residential parking space without risking a collision. The narrow street and nearby utility pole already limit maneuvering space, and this vehicle's repeated parking in the restricted area makes exiting even more difficult.
