Watr DJ wayyyy over limits at 1:45. Can hear his words and music inside two blocks away at the modern, as if the party is in my unit. Please shut the business down for good. You’ve gotten over 20 complaints about this venue just tonight. If 311 can’t help, please tell who to report them to. Thanks.
