Description
I live at The Quincy and can hear loud bass from WATR Rooftop Lounge at 1 Hotel directly inside my living room and bedroom. The rooftop sound and bass travel directly toward the residential units on the 27th floor, causing noticeable vibrations in interior walls and windows. I am requesting that Sound Enforcement investigate and measure low-frequency noise (dBC), including its vertical projection from the rooftop to the affected residential floors.
