Description
The traffic light on Duval at 32nd street has a timing issue. It used to do a long cycle for Duval with short cycles for traffic coming W off 32nd street, but somehow it seems to have reversed with short cycles on Duval and long cycles for 32nd. As a result, on Wednesday this week at 4:45 pm the traffic on Duval was backed up all the way to San Jacinto while there were no cars coming off 32nd at each light cycle. I don’t know what changed or why but it was working fine before about October 10.
