- Watr rooftop bar at 1 Hotel Austin, 96 Red River Street, they started the heavy bass and loud music at 11pm, now it’s passed 12:30 am, I’m sitting in my bedroom not able to sleep from bass and the vibration penetrating though my tightly sealed window Pls tell me what else has been done to them to stop this and restore a good night sleep for residents nearby - clearly a ‘citation’ is not going to do it
