Summary: Investigation Details: During investigation it was determined that Austin Watershed Protection Department is not conducting operations in the area of concern. Brush is not in or blocking the channel flow line. There does appear to be vegetation removal work being conducted at this site. This needs to be sent to Austin Parks and Recreation Department for further investigation.

Summary: Investigation Response Details: I called the citizen and discussed the area of concern.  I let him know that the irrigation system was part of a stormwater control and that is how the basin drains.  I told him we would inspect the area after the next rain event since he indicated the system was no longer running.   I reviewed the maintenance contractor's records, and they indicated there were multiple broken sprinkler heads.  They have them scheduled for repair.  .

Summary: Pond Flag 209 Details: *Pond Flag 209: * This pond has been on the Wildflower Meadow Program; however, a review of the photos uploaded by the contractor from the maintenance from last August indicates the pond has been taken over by Johnson Grass, which is choking out the wildflowers.  I am removing this pond from the program and placing it on a regular four times a year maintenance schedule for the following months:  March, May, July and November.   This pond will be on the schedule for July, which is beginning in just four days.  I will let the contractor know about the service request so they can prioritize their schedule accordingly.  I sent an email to the customer letting them know.
