You'll need to enter through code gate by garage/OFC, take elevator to floor 4, turn right walking by parking garage, enter stairs 8, exit into garage, take elevator 4G. Gate code is 8956# I MC with the boyfriend of the owner & he called her on the phone during my visit. He was not relaying what I had to say to her while in contact. She agreed to email RV info to AP email. I left him with a yellow NO & fully ID'd the cat. Animal in good health. - TLH.

I fully ID'd the owner/dog, ED on RV, issued a VET LTR & NOV (3-3-2 & 826.044) as the owner did not have the RV info present. I observed the dog "Flash" in good health.
