Failure to register for a Private Hauler License

I think the homeowner is waiting for trash pick up. Ain't happening.

Company is Mike's Trucking from Dallas, vehicle #4017 - Hauled about 20 loads of concrete from August 2018, from Enterprise Demolition (contractor). Caller is COA employee who has tickets from recon and also pit 973. If Enterprise Demo has their own trucks also, but wouldn't be licensed. She has more information on tickets dates times and truck numbers.

Shopping carts of waste/trash at Austin Energy Electrical Northland Substation property. Request to get it removed.

Caught these guys dumping stuff on my neighbor's yard. i can download video files if needed.

Repeat issue of 18-00121605 that was closed with no explanation. Truck has been back numerous times since. Drive was aggressive when asked to see his permit and spilled into Bull Creek.
