Aggressive homeless blocking side walk filthy needs to be cleaned they have all of their clothes there and baskets of trash 7th and BRUSHY ST 600

Looks like several large crates or pallets fell off of a vehicle and are scatter and broken on the inside shoulder of Ben White. This is on the main lanes of ben white as the highway crossed over top of Lamar. It's on the west bound side. They are all up against the concrete barrier and don't pose an safety risk unless someone were to drift out of their lane.

Austin city recycle truck broke down. Hydraulic fluid leaked all over. Driver placed absorbent material on ground. It needs to be removed now
