    Two guys on pick up truck looking wasted on drugs or alcohol started a construction on the public skateboard park by quick silver boulevard across the street of dog blue park. It seems like they are making their own house. This individuals are very thin/ probably on their 40's and white. Both have facial hair blonde. Today they are with females. I bring my child with DISABILITIES to this park so im disturbed. Please send city employees during the week to destroy this construction
