There is a dumped couch standing vertically in the street between 3707 and 3705 Manorwood Rd. It’s a hazard to drivers and pedestrians. Some homeless folks dragged it from somewhere up street. They took the couch cushions first. Took them through the unsecured fence to the abandoned properties at 3121 and 3115 Manor Rd. An hour later they tried to get the couch but were staggering and wouldn’t put down their tall boy. All on camera today.
