There is a man, who is known to be very violent before that's keeps a barbed wire baseball bat and runs around the apartment complex with it. So I won't ask him to turn it down. But a party at his apartment is still going right the music loud, people in and out, and music LOUD, since 11 last night. He got a new sound system I guess, and the speakers are huge and the bass is always deep & LOUD. No care people sleep, go to work, cause he doesn't do either, always awake, at home.

Neighbor has been playing music loud and people partying all night from 11pm until now at 6am

Backyard party at 3 am

Pedicab playing loud Bass music to residential neighborhood after 1:00 a.m. heading south on Waller Street. Ridiculous Pedicabs disrespectful. They're given chauffeur license but don't have the common sense to realize that they're no longer on a commercial area but rather a residential neighborhood. I wonder if they know what a stop sign is? Apparently they can't tell the difference
