The lights in all directions at the intersection of Neenah and Pearson Ranch are set to terrible defaults and have slow reactions. There are cars left sitting in each direction all the time. Contrast that to the light at Pearson Ranch and Avery Ranch Blvd which has smart sensors and reacts quickly and cars rarely sit for more than a few seconds. It also has bike sensors. The light to turn left (West) onto 290 Frontage Road from Tuscany Way turns green while the light before it on Tuscany Way where cars would go straight to then make that left turn is red. This causes cars to get stuck at two red lights right in a row and traffic backs up.
