A section of chain link fence that is located at top of berm of sedimentation basin and encloses resident's backyard is leaning towards sedimentation basin. It appears that soil has shifted and eroded towards the basin causing the concrete surrounding fence posts to loosen from soil. This has been added as a maintenance item to a pre-existing open pond maintenance work order.
