One is the flood detention SCM and the other is a sand/sedimentation filtration SCM. Both are out of compliance. There is heavy vegetation, no inspection access, damaged security fencing throughout the entire structure. The property will require an NOV, which is currently being prepared to send to the property owner / manager.
