Tree liability and encroachment concerns. I need to have the trees along my property line between 4812 and 4810 Spring Meadow Cove assessed by the city code enforcement to see if 1. They are a liability and need to be removed and 2. If they would be considered private nuisance trees due to them blocking my ability to build a fence on my side of the property line. I was told by an arborist at N.O.W. That there were liability trees that needed to be removed and I need to know the responsible party

Overgrown vegetation in drainage ditch. According to city guidelines vegetation over 12” is considered overgrown. This is a public area, aka easement, and property owners are required to maintain it. It could cause a problem during heavy rain.
