Summary: Investigation Details: Work order number 26-219809 has been created for Austin Watershed Protection Operations Small Jobs North to remove the debris in the creek channel located behind 1213 E M Franklin Ave. The erosion has also been documented and transferred to Watersheds Field Engineering team for future assessment.

Summary: Investigation Details: Upon investigation, there is no erosion happening in the creek channel under the bridges located at Jain Ln and Stuart Cir. The citizen was contacted and informed me that their concern is the bridge between Jain Ln and Perry Rd. In the photos you can see the road is not even with the bridge. Further research, service request numbers 26-00090662 and 26-00100095 were created for Street and Bridge Operations for Street and Bridge Operations to fix the issue. The first service request, the wrong side of the bridge was fixed. The second service request was to fix the opposite side of the bridge. Please transfer this service request to Street and Bridge Operations Bridge crew. Photos are available.
