- Construction work on the road has been happening for several days. At night when they close it up there is a metal sheet across the road that rattles all night when people drive on it. As an HOA board member of the adjacent property we have received complaints about the noise, I ask that the construction crew secure the metal across the street so it doesn’t rattle when driven on.
