Description: The lights in all directions at the intersection of Neenah and Pearson Ranch are set to terrible defaults and have slow reactions. There are cars left sitting in each direction all the time. Contrast that to the light at Pearson Ranch and Avery Ranch Blvd which has smart sensors and reacts quickly and cars rarely sit for more than a few seconds. It also has bike sensors. Can this be duplicated?
