The pond is not maintained _every_ single month in in the Spring and Summer; however, it is maintained six times per year: March, April, May, July, September and December. So, June is a month that is skipped. We do try to get more mows in during the Spring because that is typically when the most growth happens.We do maintain the buffer along the sidewalk _every _month. Summary: Pond Flag 10 Details: *Pond Flag 10*: I emailed the customer and let them know that it was typical for ponds to hold water for up to a week after a rain; however, if it was longer than that, there may be a blockage.  I told her I would go investigate after the rain had subsided for a day or two. Referred to Public Works - Close SR. Summary: Called complainant and left a message on 7/10/26 Details: This was assigned to me on 7/9/26 at 3:22 pm. I called complaint twice at 10:30 am on 7/10/26 and left a message stating the trash that was dumped at this location will be cleaned up by the city. This asset is maintained by public works and referred to John Robinson program manager with public works.

Vegetation Maintenance - Close SR. Summary: Pond Flag 442.1 Details: *Pond Flag 442:  *This pond is maintained four times per year:  January, May, July, and October.  It was last maintained on May 28, 2026.  Please see attached photo.  There were portions of the pond near the wet pond area that were not maintained at the May maintenance because of the recent rains and the equipment could not get in to those parts.  The pond is on the schedule for July and should be maintained by the end of the month.   I sent an email to the customer on 7/8/26 and let them know.  .

Summary: Pond Flag 209 Details: *Pond Flag 209: * This pond was recently removed from the Wildflower Meadow Program due to numerous complaints.  It is now on a four times annual maintenance schedule and is on the schedule for July.  The maintenance schedule will be the following months:  March, May, July and November.   The contractor is aware of the all the service requests and is prioritizing this pond for July.
