caller stated the creek is eroding onto his property the city came out in 2016 on service request number 16-00060051 and in 2021 service request number 2100010544 and advised they were going to do the repairs and caller stated they have not done the repairs and it is worse and now the damage is even more and not it has even damaged his fence callback requested by customer to provide information on when the city is going to do the repairs. caller has tried and been trying to reach GYRONE SCOTT FOR YEARS AND has never been able to get a hold of him caller states he needs for this to be in record in case he needs to file a claim against the city. spanish speaker

natural erosion is happening badly at the intersection on the fox chapel side causing rocks/soil to go in to city ROW/rpad creating an un safe condition for drivers to drive in if not addressed ASAP.

Caller has issue with easement between houses that has eroded the rock walls and is now causing the lawn to erode away and impacting his sprinkler system

Caller states that she spoke with someone at Watershed Protection, and was told to call in order to report the erosion in the creek. Caller states that because of the erosion the creek is getting blocked up.

The water from the creek is washing away the side behind his property. There is a sewer line also runs through there. CALLER want to be contacted when you come out to view the issue. Contact Caller." -Caller would like to be contacted as he did speak to someone on site regarding the previous request but he was never given any follow up information and no work was done in the area.

citizen is preparing for a demolition however, they did not put up an erosion barrier on the side of behind the house. The erosion barrier is only in the front of the house. Citizen would like a callback. The demolition has not started yet do there are no damages however she would like for someone to reach out to her before it happens.
