Sunrise Church Homeless Navigation Center is a public nuisance. It has made the adjacent elementary school, grocery store, park, and local businesses unsafe. Customers camp and loiter in the surrounding area, especially under the highway. The surrounding area is filthy with trash and litter. The city should stop spending money defending the lawsuit against Sunrise Church and instead spend that money relocating it far away from schools and residential areas.

At approximately 2:56 a.m., five autonomous vehicles drove consecutively through our residential street with bright lights shining toward homes. This is a recurring nightly issue that is disturbing residents’ sleep, privacy, and peace. There are alternative routes yet these vehicles repeatedly use our street throughout the night. Please investigate this ongoing disturbance and the company’s nighttime routing practices in residential neighborhoods.
