Homeless encampment in what is now a public park, also in vicinity of four recently attempted home invasions.

There is now a town of homeless people at 4th/35… at the underpass. There is a lot of stuff under there, and with the number of homeless now, it is not safe for pedestrians trying to use your walkway. PLEASE clean up this area before something bad happens

Public camping

We live right after the onion creek road and I-35 crossing in the Cascades at onion creek neighborhood. We have looked at the plans for the expansion of Hwy 35 but noticed there isn’t any indication of a road being built under the highway to more easily access our neighborhood (instead of driving further down to creedmore to have to turn all the way around to get to our entrance). I was curious, with them raising the highway by our house, how we can petition or get plans to build a road under it

Customers from Jamies Barbecue located at 4809 S Congress are using the limited 4 guest only parking spaces at the Bel Air while they get food from the food truck: this is one of many reasons this food truck should not be located at currently. Those spots are not to be used even by residents because they are so limited.

The food truck at 4809 S. Congress diminishes the quality of the area with their poorly constructed signs & smoke ruining the air quality for neighboring residents. This area is increasingly residential & the city needs to do better as far as what they allow near occupied homes.
