Aquatic Features is contracted by Avery Ranch HOA to maintain numerous wet ponds within the community, and since I have experience working with them on other Avery Ranch ponds, I contacted Alex Arreguin of Aquatic Features to discuss the issue and provide photos. He said they would be out next Tuesday to clean up the encampment.Update (1/9/25): Alex contacted me to report that they had time before today's expected rain to go out to the pond this morning. The encampment was removed, and the trash/debris collected and removed from site.

The fences look like wood privacy fences that would be owned by the residents living around the pond as Watershed typically installs chain link fencing around their ponds. But I will also confirm that. I will contact the customer and get a more specific location for the damaged fence.
