No Work Planned - No Problem Found - Close SR. Summary: Investigations Details: During investigation I informed the citizen of the HOA boundaries and City of Austin pond responsibilities. The residential pond was recently maintenance by our Green Infrastructure crews so there are no further actions required. Please see attached photos.

Summary: Pond Flag 803 Details: * Pond Flag 803:  *This pond is maintained four times per year: January, April, July and November.  It was last maintained on May 4, 2026, which was late for the April schedule.  Watershed experienced a turnover in contractors mid-July which has caused the delay of the completion of the July schedule; however, Watershed has in-house crews working on the July list and we hope to have it completed by the end of August.  I sent an email in Spanish to the customer on 8/12/26.  .

It was last maintained on May 31, 2026, which was a day early for the June schedule.  It is on the schedule to be completed in September.  I will let the contractor know about the service request so they can prioritize it on their schedule. .

Future Work Scheduled - Close SR. Summary: WO created - Cleared today Details: Supervisor for this area has cleared some of the blockage, however, they will need to bring in an excavator to remove more blockage within the pond. There have been 3 calls about this pond since May. If the future work done does not alleviate the issue, it will be sent to our Field Engineering team to determine if the design is flawed. Citizen does not want a call back. Closing SR.

Summary: Pond Flag 735 Details: *Pond Flag 725:  *This pond is on the Wildflower Meadow Program and, as such, is maintained twice per year: February and August.  Ponds on the Wildflower Meadow Program are not mowed between March and July to allow the wildflowers to grow, bloom and go to seed.  This pond is on the schedule for August and should be maintained by the end of the month.   .

Summary: Maximo Asset 1206441 Details: *Update 8/12/26: * I spoke with the Ponds Inspection team and was informed that this pond received its annual inspection on July 30th and there were no concerns noted at this time.  I also learned that there has been a new contractor maintaining this pond since 2023.  The former contractor let me know.  I will be reaching out to the new contractor to learn more about the maintenance they provide.   .
