Summary: Pond Flag 209 Details: *Pond Flag 209: * This pond has been on the Wildflower Meadow Program; however, a review of the photos uploaded by the contractor from the maintenance from last August indicates the pond has been taken over by Johnson Grass, which is choking out the wildflowers.  I am removing this pond from the program and placing it on a regular four times a year maintenance schedule for the following months:  March, May, July and November.   This pond will be on the schedule for July, which is beginning in just four days.  I will let the contractor know about the service request so they can prioritize their schedule accordingly.  I sent an email to the customer letting them know.

Summary: Pond Flag 156 Details: *Pond Flag 156:  *On May 5, 2026 the field operations crew went and unclogged this same drain.  There seems to be a malfunction in the drain system that needs to be addressed.  I requested that the field operations crews return to unclog the drain and to see if there wasn't something we could do to prevent it from happening again.  Will update when I have heard back from field operations.  I updated the maintenance schedule for this pond from the typical 4x/annually to 6x/annually.  Starting in 2027, this pond will be maintained in the following months:  January, March, April, May, June, and October.  Juliet 6/18/26   Update 6/20/26:  I emailed the field operations crews and requested they unclog the drains.   .
