Referred to 311 For Further Review - Close SR. RC - 10/2/2026 - On 10/01/2026, I accompanied ECSS Swain to investigate a complaint and served as an interpreter for a Spanish-speaking complainant. From the location, we called her, and she expressed concern about asking property management to cut the tree limbs above her mobile home roof. She worries that weather events might damage the branches over her house. I explained that this issue is not under our jurisdiction. The service request should be forwarded to Code Compliance because the branches appear dangerous and could potentially damage the roof, posing a property maintenance or safety concern.
