Referred to 311 For Further Review. Environmental inspections has visited the site and will be issuing a violation on the site. Forward to right of way inspections as they have excavated the driveway with out a permit it appears.

Referred to 311 For Further Review. On 03/27/2025, I responded to the provided location. Upon arrival, I exited my vehicle and approached the property described in the 311 complaint. Utilizing my approved vantage point, I didn't observe damage to any of the protected size threes. However; there are some dead saplings. Please forward this complaint to the Urban Forestry Department for further review.

Referred to 311 For Further Review. On 03/26/2025, I responded to the provided location. Upon arrival, I exited my vehicle and approached the area of concern. There's a large discharge of dirt, mud and sedimentation which has flown down the hill and has rested against the curb at the intersection of Cresthaven Drive and Bartoncliff Drive. This discharge does not appear to be connected to a construction site. Please refer this complaint to the Watershed Spills team. Note: There are a few vehicles parked over the flow of sedimentation.
