Class: SR Created By: Log Type: NO_WORK_PVT_POND Summary: Inspection on 6/5/25 Details Inspection of pond and outfall area shows that the water is being diverted as designed. I did observe some algae east of the discharge area, however, no water is actively contributing to the algae. The whole trail needs to be refurbished, but this is not a pond issue. The citizen needs to contact the owner of the trail to ask that it be repaired.

All documentation was sent to our field engineering team. Once the documentation is reviewed an engineer will contact the citizen for an additional field assessment. An email was sent this morning to field engineering requesting the citizen be contacted with an update.

    Water run iff creates erosion in year and pools water at crack and falling sidewalk. I’ve requested sidewalk repairs many times and they just pile more black tar on top but water still pools and it makes the dip deeper with weight.

A large amount of flow cascaded of the bank. Which caused it to fail.  Pictures attached.

Class: SR Created By: Log Type: NO_PROBLEMFOUND Summary: Investigation Details During investigation it was determined that the construction company Grey Star is conducting infrastructure construction on Scenic Brook Dr. the rain events washed sediment downhill to the customers address where it accumulated. The homeowner spoke to a crew member, Martin, and the sediment build up along the curb and gutter line was cleared. The Tri-dikes in the storm drains were also cleaned and repositioned. .
