Watershed has conducted an investigation and there is no history of flooding at this location. The citizen provided information that the new development behind her property and Austin Water Utility did work behind the address and did not properly complete the work causing flooding to her property. She also informed me that she was not given a call back regarding permits for the work being done at the location.
