The bank seems to be stabilized by tree roots and bedrock. Watershed will continue to monitor the area but there are no actions for Watershed to take at this time. See attached photos.

Maintenance on the flood detention pond was in progress. Details The pond was having maintenance performed on it when I was there. The property owner may have some concerns in the PUE on her property. I shared with her information on who to contact to address those concerns. See attachment for the photos taken today of maintenance being performed.

Watershed does not have jurisdiction on private property so this is going to be a civil issue between neighbors. There are no actions for Watershed to take at this time. See attached photos.

Class: SR Created By: Log Type: NO_PROBLEMFOUND Summary: 10/27/2025 Follow Up Inspection Details 10/27/2025 Update (Colin Barth) Inspected pond associated with the address, did not observe any areas of erosion or the pond system impacting residential yards. Spoke with colleague of Eve Raymond (Anderson Mill Limited District) who originally took the complaint through their system of citizen communication. I explained my findings of most recent inspection and that the pond is inspected annually with maintenance completed as needed. .
