    Need protected bike lanes to stop vehicles illegally passing in the bike lanes at a 4-way intersection. I have had to yield to an illegal bike lane passer (when turning left and another vehicle in the opposite flow is sitting to turn left too) a handful of times. Seems like bollards at least at the intersection would easily stop this from happening and keep bikers safe.
