Street needs repair

Road workers not closing road while pouring wet tar. Has now ruined car tires, due to being forced to pass on the opposite side of the road and unavoidable driving over wet tar. I now have to replace the tires through no fault of my own.

Road crews who resurfaced 13th st damaged sidewalks/brick cross areas with asphalt stains and drove their trucks on private property, staining concrete. Unacceptable workmanship.

Severe damage to street. Trash truck dragged the dumbster digging up the asphalt
