Class: SR Created By: Log Type: WO_CREATED Summary: Investigation Response Details I contacted the contractor who maintains City operated retention/irrigation systems.  They assessed the site on 6/6/25 and found that one pump had low pressure.  They reset the system and ran it on the other pump.  They will return the pull and clean the pump that currently has low pressure. .

Vegetation Maintenance - Close SR. Class: SR Created By: Log Type: VEG_MAINTENANCE Summary: Pond Flags 495, 496, 524, 525, and 526 Details *Pond Flags 495 and 496* are on the Vegetation Maintenance Program and are maintained by our contractor twice per year.  These two ponds are also on our Wildflower Meadow Program, which means they are maintained every February and August.  This allows the wildflowers to grow, bloom and go to seed so that more wildflowers will bloom again the following year.   These two ponds were last maintained on February 7, 2025 are on the maintenance list for August.     *Pond Flags 524, 525, and 526* are known as the Dahlgreen Vegetative Filter Strips, which are maintained by our in-house Green Infrastructure  crews.  According to the supervisor of this crew these vegetative filter strips are maintained three to four times per year and were maintained on May 1, 2025.  The supervisor said they would return for maintenance in July.

Two work orders have been created 25-198198 for Open Waterways South and 25-198199 for Ponds Crew 3 to conduct maintenance in the channel and pond.

Class: SR Created By: Log Type: VEG_MAINTENANCE Summary: Pond Flag 1481 Details *Update (June 5, 2025): * The contractor said they have this pond on the schedule for the week of the 16th.  They said that there is an invasive cattail brush problem and herbicides are not effective for it in the winter months.  When they return for maintenance in the next two weeks they plan to do remove some cattail by hand as well as apply herbicide and pick up trash.  In February they said they did remove some cattail by hand from the inlet area and replaced with some native plants to keep it pushed back.   They will also remove the trash.

Class: SR Created By: Log Type: VEG_MAINTENANCE Summary: Pond Flag 1063 Details *Pond Flag 1063:  *This pond is maintained four times annually and was last maintained on April 12, 2025. The previous service request was made April 14, 2025, two days after the contractor had been there.  This pond is next scheduled for maintenance in July.  When I spoke to the contractor previously, there was a misunderstanding that the work would be completed at the next maintenance in July.  I requested that the contractor visit the pond this month (June) to complete the work.  The contractor visited the pond yesterday (June 4th) and stated that the vines were growing from the resident's side of the fence. I asked them to take photos and send them to me.  I will review the photos when they send them.  .

Class: SR Created By: Log Type: VEG_MAINTENANCE Summary: Pond Flag 555 Details *Pond Flag 555:  *This pond is on the Wildflower Meadow Program and is maintained twice annually, usually February and March, to allow for the wildflowers to grow, bloom and go to seed so that more wildflowers will bloom the following year.  This pond was maintained early this year on January 16, 2025.  It is on the schedule for August; however, I will ask the contractor to visit it a month early in July.  I emailed the customer and asked for photos of the pond to determine if there were wildflowers growing.  If there are no wildflowers I will likely remove this pond from the Wildflower Meadow Program and put it on a four times annual maintenance schedule.   .
