    CapMetro buses (routes 30 and 324) take breaks in the protected bike lanes here, so the bike lane is blocked by buses an extremely high percentage of the time. City should work with CapMetro to move timepoint/breaks to another stop along the route that doesn't have have bike lanes - there are several good possibilities nearby on both routes. The current practice basically negates any value to the bike lanes since bikes have to go around buses in the car lanes most of the time.
