Although it is unfortunate there are no ways to control the wildlife. There are no actions for Watershed to take at this time. See attached photos. .

Future Work Scheduled - Close SR. I am responding to your request for mowing at the address referenced above. This site is on our wild flower meadow program and therefor doesn't receive mowing in the spring or summer. I am showing it was last mowed in mid February so it will be coming up for a mow within the next few weeks. Class: SR Created By: Log Type: NO_PROBLEMFOUND Summary: Called Resident on 11/12/25 Details Sho Angia called the resident on 11/12/25 to provide her with an update on the recent survey work. Sho noted that the berm is in a good condition and the pond is functioning as it should. If the pond were to overflow, it will flow away from the resident's home at 8607 Coastal based on the contours noted. Mrs. Darby disagrees with this and says that water from the pond hits her fence and her yard. Sho was onsite during the time when Ops did the survey. It was noted that the entire fence was in a bad shape. If there were water damage, we would see a water line and damage only in the bottom part of the fence. But we noticed that the entire fence is in a bad shape. Sho requested Mrs. Darby to take videos to see where the water is coming from and to call 311 if she has any flooding concerns. She also talked about numerous other things like fire ants, rodents, bicycle park, things being stolen and trespassing. Sho let her know that these are concerns that WPD cannot address and that she will need to call 311 for assistance on these other items unrelated to flooding. .

Class: SR Created By: Log Type: NO_PROBLEMFOUND Summary: Wildflower Meadow Pond Details Spoke to the citizen who is a member of the HOA and fielded the concern of a resident.  Explained that this asset is on the wildflower meadow program and is set to be mowed in September/October.  I also encouraged him to reach back out in the spring if the wildflowers aren't coming in so that we may assess if this area is no longer viable for the program.

Class: SR Created By: Log Type: NO_PROBLEMFOUND Summary: Issue Resolved - Gate is locked Details On Friday, August 29, 2025, I responded to a complaint that the SCM was being used by residents as a dog park and that the gate was not locked. When I arrived, I found that this particular SCM, unlike others, was not "dedicated" for use as a dog park, lacked bagging stations and trash cans for consolidation of pet waste. The gate, however, was locked with a new chain, so the issued appears to have been resolved. I did not observe any pet waste on the interior of the SCM fencing; therefore, I assume that it has been removed. Closing CSR. JNB.

Vegetation Maintenance - Close SR. Class: SR Created By: Log Type: VEG_MAINTENANCE Summary: Pond Flag 608 Details _Pond Flag 608: _  This pond is not on our Vegetation Control Program.  It is maintained by our wet pond contractor three times per year.  This pond was last visited in December 2024, which is in the first maintenance cycle of the fiscal year.  The pond was overlooked in the second cycle.  I will contact the contractor to see when they plan on visiting this pond again between now and September 30th.  The wet pond contractor will remove trash from inside the pond and the perimeter.  However, the vegetation maintenance outside of the wet pond is the responsibility of the property owner, Berdoll Farms Home Owners Association.  .

PRPRISCS. Class: SR Created By: Log Type: NO_WORK_PVT_POND Summary: Investigation Details Upon investigation, the tree has fallen outside of Watershed line boundaries. The area the tree fell in is maintained by EM Franklin Second Resubdivision of Lots 8 and 9. Photos of the property lines were added in the photos. The citizen was called and left with a voicemail with this information. (see photos in attachments).

Vegetation Maintenance - Close SR. Class: SR Created By: Log Type: VEG_MAINTENANCE Summary: Pond Flag 1520 Details *Pond Flag 1520: * The vegetation around the wet pond is maintained four times per year.  This maintenance includes trash removal.  It was last maintained by the contractor on July 2, 2025.  See attached photo which does not show any trash left in the pond.   This contractor will be visiting the pond again in November to mow and remove trash.   In addition, this wet pond is maintained by our wet pond contractor three times per year.  They also remove trash from the interior and edges of the pond.  The last report I received from the contractor indicates trash was removed by them on June 3, 2025.  The contractor should be visiting this pond one more time before October 1st and will remove trash at that time.      .
