I called and spoke with the 311 caller to inform her that I was unable to locate her concern. She stated that she regularly submits 311 requests and could not recall this particular one. With that, I informed her that I would be closing out this service request due to no problem found. I also recommended she submit another 311-service request if and when she recalls. Service request is now closed.

4613 Gillis St, AustinThe drainage ditch(btwn Gillis + Richmond st) is severely eroded and the worst part seems to be behind our backyard. See photos. I see other drainage areas in other area had gabion work done to prevent further erosion. I actually submitted this concern and request to fix it via the 311 App back in 2019 and before in 2016 or 2017. I was told that in the following year then there was going to be some work done but nothing has happened clearly has happened. 2024 the year??
