1886 Glencliff Dr, AustinLoose manhole cover at 1906 Glencliff Dr, Austin, TX 78704. It’s hard to see but in the second photo when I step on the metal piece, the whole thing comes up. You can pick it up by the outer metal ring and remove the whole top. I tripped on it and almost stepped into the hole while walking my dog.
