The traffic light in need of attention allows residents at The 704 to take a protected left Southbound on S. Lamar. After 8-9pm it doesn't change unless the crosswalk button is activated until 8am or so.

She owns the building at 3422 Willowrun dr. And also lives in unit 4. She has been contacted and has not responded or picked up the trash.
