An arborist looked at it and pointed out wood-borer holes, "disjointing" at the main fork, and active fungal growth/rot on the trunk. It looks like it’s decaying internally and is becoming a hazard for our driveway and street. I’m worried it’s at risk of falling and would appreciate the City's help in getting it removed. Thank you!
