They block southbound traffic as I head to work on medical parkway and that’s the ambulance route as well to the hospital. This needs delineator poles to force people to turn from the cafe RIGHT on medical parkway instead jumping over to northbound as a left turn. I avoided a wreck 2 days and it blocked even the burnet road southbound

LOCATION WAS ISSUED A CITATION FOR A DIFFERENT COMPLAINT 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO THIS COMPLAINT. OBSERVED BAND PACKING UP THEIR EQUIPMENT AND LEAVING. NO SOUND VIOLATIONS WERE OBSERVED.
