All streetlights southwest of the plaza entrance intersection were out a bit after 9 PM (however, all other lights east of intersection worked fine). Unsure if it was because there was still a bit of sun, but it was already very dark hence all the other lights were on.

All streetlights around this area shortly after the Lakeline Mall intersection are all out. All other streetlights were on (note photo took after 9 PM it was way darker in real life than camera depicts)
