    Unhoused person around the intersecting overpasses of Ben White and I 35, also around Oltorf and I 35. He has a husky, and this will be the second summer I’ve seen them out. The dog is panting 24/7. A husky is not meant to live outside in Texas. The dog is living a life of constant torture from the heat. Also, it wouldn’t let me confirm heat advisory in the issue type.
