Olivia Neal’s dogs. Out wandering for the one hundredth million time. Absolutely sick of this. I know they’ve already had a bite complaint and numerous aggression complaints. Fine that woman. Do something with these dogs—other than just sending them home again.

Observed an unknown individual inside a City of Austin Parks storage shed at Highland Neighborhood Park (Rezniček Field). The shed door was open and the person appeared to be accessing or occupying the facility without authorization. When the individual noticed me, he verbally confronted me asking why I was recording. I felt unsafe and left the area immediately. Request inspection of the shed and securing of the facility.

Injured or sick raccoon

Lost dog spotted. Blue and white terrier mix (jack Russel x chihuahua?). Staying in Koenig townhomes next to dog park. Runs when approached.
