The City has emergency vehicle preemption at this intersection to help first responders get to emergencies more quickly and safely. After an emergency vehicle passes through, the traffic signal may take a few minutes to return to its normal timing, which could cause a delay for some drivers. We understand this may be an inconvenience at times, but it helps ensure emergency crews can respond as quickly as possible. The City will continue to monitor the intersection and look for ways to reduce delays while keeping emergency response a top priority.

1110 Gardner Rd, AustinHello! Can you please investigate these cones in the road and no parking signs on 1108-1112 Gardner Rd, near LASA High School? Many kids (and parents) drive to school, and it would be helpful to use the street parking available to them. If this street parking isn’t available, I would appreciate some city signs. It’s confusing right now to know if this is the home owner putting out cones and signs or the city. Thank you

Curb/Gutter Repair
1742 W 29th St, AustinDamaged curb in the city street. Damage was caused by city crew. City crew came to repair curb and poured asphalt over pvc drainage pipes (gutter drainage). They returned to expose the drainage pipes, but left the street curb damaged worse than before. Please repair the street curb shown in the photo without blocking the pvc drainage pipes. Thank you.
