At 300 Colorado St., in front of Truluck’s restaurant, a valet parking operation regularly parks vehicles in the right-turn lane during afternoon and evening hours. This obstructs the lane, prevents its intended use, and creates a bottleneck at the building’s parking garage exit, causing congestion that backs up into the street during rush hour. This is a recurring issue, not an isolated incident.
