South Section : Damaged chain-link fencing along the stormwater creek drop-off on the western perimeter creates a significant fall hazard. The compromised barrier exposes a leading edge with an approximate 20-foot vertical drop into the storm drainage corridor, posing a serious risk to pedestrians, cyclists, and children. This condition is present on both sides of the affected area and requires immediate corrective action.
