208 E 45th St, AustinPedestrian crossing signal timing issue: pedestrian crossing signal normally signals walk immediately after pressing the button. Now it only does so after a minute wait. People are j-walking instead of waiting. It should be changed back to the old behavior. This has been ongoing for a week.
