1463 Waterloo Trl, AustinI live on the East cul de sac of Waterloo TRL. For some reason we have No Parking signs along the right side of the street leading down to the cul de sac. This is a low traffic area with plenty of room for cars. A few weeks ago the signs disappeared so we thought the city had come to their senses and we started parking in front of our house. Then, without warning, they were back up again and we didn't notice. Got a parking ticket. Now they are back down again. What is the deal?
