Vegetation still very overgrown on sidewalk along Braker Ln east of the CapMetro tracks. Travis County CAD shows this to be public right of way. Currently assigned to Austin Code (case #2026–102164 but no action taken since August 11. Initially reported to City of Austin in July. Needs to be reviewed again by Austin TPW staff as they have already determined it poses a hazard to pedestrians and cyclists. Attached photos were taken on 08/29/26. Thank you.

Watr at Waterline hotel is still blasting music and base past midnight. Can’t sleep because of it.

Watr at the Waterline hotel’s music is so loud starting at 7 pm to past midnight. It shakes the apartments across the street and can’t sleep. Online it says they will have DJ’s until 2am on weekends

Locatiom appears to be Watr Rooftop at the 1 hotel. can hear the music loud from 2.5 miles away. the music js set to run til 1am but is far outside the limit.

Watr Restaurant (at 1Hotel, 96 Red River St) is blasting loud, bass heavy music past 11 PM. It is shaking our apartment, making it impossible to sleep.
