There is a grey Pitbull who appears to have just had puppies and the owner is not feeding them. The dog is skin and bone. The apartment the dog is located in is 810. Their downstairs neighbor has told me she hears dogs barking and fighting all night long. I’m really worried the dog is not going to make it another week. Please ask the office for the keys to this unit.
