On Davis Street there is a five minute loading zone that is always full, with nobody nearby their cars. I am constantly almost getting into accidents because it is difficult to pull out of the alleyway between the Van Zandt hotel and Clive. The street is too narrow for even a five minute loading zone. People don’t follow the five minute loading zone rule anyway.
