Sound Above limits from Far Out Stage and Bar! Music can be heard clearly inside apartments without windows and doors closed. This is unacceptable for a bar in close vicinity to residential apartments!

Please do something about the Far Out. My walls are shaking from the bass and keeping my baby awake.

Tree limb damaged in storm a few days ago finally came down tonight in the wind

The commercial property poured concrete into the only drain on the >90% concrete covered property. The storm drain was clogged with litter and rather than cleaning it they sealed it. Storm water now flows into adjacent properties vs into the city storm drain channels. Previous 311 reports show the condition before and after.
