There is poison, ivy and poison oak. my son is having a severe outbreak due to this. All along the sidewalk

trail creekside railing has broken off its mounts.

On the northeast corner od Apache Pass and Pack Saddle Pass, there is a large bush/tree that is growing into the street. Can the City have compel the property owners to cut the vegetation back off the street so it os behind the curb line? Also, about 20-30 feet further east there is a low hanging branch that needs to be removed. The large bush/tree os protruding into the right of way on both Pack Saddle Pass and Apache Pass
