10301 Grand Oak Dr, AustinI live at 10301 Grand Oak Dr, Austin 78750. My backyard is facing the Northwest Balcones Neighborhood Park. A huge tree trunk from the tree in the park fell down into my backyard, damaging my roof and fence and almost hit me . I reported the tree hazards on March 30, 2026 on 311 with case #26-00096931. But no one has responded to the case. We need your immediate attention to remove dead tree trunks, repair my roof and fence, and remove other tree trunks that have risk of falling down.
