Two huskies dragged their owner across the street and charged at my dog. Owner was unable and unwilling to restrain and control her dogs as they continued to jump and attack.

There is a colony of very young kittens living outdoors just a few feet from a busy roadway. The kittens appear to be underweight, heavily infested with fleas, and in need of care. Given their age and proximity to traffic, they are at significant risk of injury or death. Although the colony is located on private property, the animals do not appear to be receiving adequate care or supervision. I am concerned for their immediate safety and well-being!!! They need help.
