Excessive rooftop bass coming from Watr at 1 Hotel physically vibrating walls/windows throughout my entire apt on the 24th floor of The Quincy. Violates Austin Code Ch.9-2 structural vibration rule. DbC measurements need to be adjusted upward for high altitude projection. The venue is empty also no reason for this volume.

All of the newly installed, low-height street lamps at this location are out (on the east side of W William Cannon Drive, starting from this address and all the way south to Highway 290). The lights on the west side of William Cannon Drive are fine and are already on.

One of two street lamps on a single pole is out.

Watr rooftop 12th floor at 1Hotel is playing heavy bass music rn per usual. Please can we do something about this, it’s disturbing all residents whois leaving facing their bar.

Watr is blasting music past the midnight cutoff time. It’s vibrating throughout our apartment.
