Across the street from Natiivo at 48 East Avenue there is a homeless camp under the Heritage tree. The area has mattresses, chairs, tables and a lot of trash. In the past the ground was covered with needles and syringes. There is a chain fence barely standing in places with holes that have been cut into it. The area is also covered with poison oak that comes through the fence in areas permitting the vines to drape onto the sidewalk. It is really bad in the spring and summer. Please remove it.
