There is a large dog Bevo who lives down the street from me and I am very concerned he is malnourished. You can see his ribs and he is really thin. In addition, other people say his owner hits him and yells at him. I have spoken to the owner about feeding him more but he says Bevo gets plenty to eat. Now the owner has adopted a second large (but young) dog. I would like you to do a wellness check on Bevo and the new dog.
