There is a restaurant located directly across from a residential building “Watr” that plays loud music from Thursday through Sunday, typically between 6 PM and 2 AM. Consistently excessive noise levels from the Dj’s playing at the restaurant, “ Watr” at the Waterline at the 1 Hotel. It’s unnecessary and vibrating our building regularly at this point.

Please shut Watr down. It’s 11:00 PM on a Thursday… The bass is shaking our apartment. We can’t sleep. This is literally weekly.
