Unsafe for people crossing the road as they can’t see incoming traffic and unsafe for drivers because 2 cars do not fit between the parked cars and traffic backs up to lake Austin blvd. Goodwill needs there adequate parking or 1 side of the road has be be a no parking fire line. And Emergency service vehicle could not get through as the situation stands.
