Hazardous dip in paved trail

There is a truck that is parked (dead?) in the bike lane on Brodie Lane at Harpers Ferry. Has been there since yesterday.

The left turning arrow painted on the street is faded on Northbound Grover, south side of Koenig. Drivers think they’re in a lane that can go straight and crowd out the right lane after crossing Koenig. There’s a sign posted on the light but it’s hard to see because the power lines obstruct it. There’s also 3 sets of light but only 2 lanes. Removing one of the lights, repainting the turn lane arrow and putting more signage on the ground would help. Kids from McCallum would be safer.
