    Loud noise and music from a “cafe” (outdoor, open air patio in alley) in a residential area. Surrounded by homes and families. Happens every weekend and many, many weeknights. This is a big problem. Why don’t property owners have rights? This property is not zoned for a bar yet they operate as a music vendor and bar at night. I have pleaded with DSD team to help. This is unacceptable. I can hear it INSIDE my house and I am almost a block away and not even on same street as cafe.
