    I am following up on my previous 311 complaint #26-00254837 regarding the pedestrian crossing sign and W16-7P downward arrow plaque. I want to correct an error in my original submission. After reviewing the current 2025 TMUTCD requirements, I found that the correct conventional-road size for the W16-7P downward diagonal arrow plaque is 21 x 15 inches. ( please confirm with traffic department ) Please disregard the 24 × 12-inch reference in my original complaint.

    At least 3 manhole coverings on Slayton and Carpenter are not securely in place and moving significantly. They. make tremendous noise when driven over them, and this happens all night long across multiple manholes. This street was just “refinished” but the result is worse than before and the contractors did a sloppy job on the fittings of the manhole coverings.
