There is some kind of animal creating a huge tunnel in the yard and sidewalk of my neighbors house. This house has been abandoned for 5 years. There are multiple code violations yet nothing has been done. This is now affecting the safety of the sidewalk. You can see multiple wires poking out of the large hole and tunnel.

Pile of trash, likely from homeless camping, is 80 paces north of high voltage pole # 358206. The trash/camp is just west of the cleared area under the wires.
