A dog was not on leash when I was trying to get into my apartment after walking my dog. This dog attacked my dog and caused an injury to my dog's back leg. Luckily I was able to lift my 50lb dog but the off leash dog was still able to jump high enough to grab my dog's back leg. In the process of me trying to get my dog away, the off leash dog also scratched up my apartment door. I kept yelling at the owners to get their dog but they did not seem to be in any rush. We went to the Vet ER.

At 300 Colorado St., in front of Truluck’s restaurant, a valet parking operation regularly parks vehicles in the right-turn lane during afternoon and evening hours. This obstructs the lane, prevents its intended use, and creates a bottleneck at the building’s parking garage exit, causing congestion that backs up into the street during rush hour. This is a recurring issue, not an isolated incident.
