Vicious Dog Complaint
2617 Carnarvon LnThe dogs were repeatedly allowed to run loose. Today I located them and photographed them. When I approached/encountered them, they charged toward me, barked aggressively, and behaved in a manner that caused me to fear I would be attacked. This is not an isolated incident. I have previously reported these dogs to 311 for repeatedly running loose, and the owners have been notified by neighbors about the problem.
