Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. The City has recently added emergency vehicle preemption at this intersection to help first responders get to emergencies more quickly and safely. After an emergency vehicle passes through, the traffic signal may take a few minutes to return to its normal timing, which could cause a delay for some drivers. We understand this may be an inconvenience at times, but it helps ensure emergency crews can respond as quickly as possible. The City will continue to monitor the intersection and look for ways to reduce delays while keeping emergency response a top priority.

Issue Has Been Resolved - Close SR. Observed for several cycles via timing values and historical intersection timing reports. Intersection was temporarily in emergency vehicle preemption; this signal operation is to support emergency vehicle mobility across the City. While in preemption, signal may cycle outside of standard operation in order to service vehicle. This can result in phases being temporarily suspended or not serviced to accommodate the vehicle. Once vehicle was through the intersection, intersection resumed normal operations. This process may incur additional delay. Intersection is now cycling as expected. Will continue to monitor operations.
