Traffic light timing malfunctioning. The traffic light at MLK @ Craigwood Drive does not always cycle correctly and will stay red for an unreasonably long time, when driving from Craigwood and taking a left on MLK.

There are two stray dogs remaining from previous case numbers (14912 is the latest). It is starting to get colder at night and these dogs do not have any shelter. Dogs barking nonstop. Noise will stop can hear it through from surrounding homes. Very loud has not stopped in over half an hour. Unit B
