I’d like to report a possible animal welfare concern. I can hear a dog barking outside on and off throughout the night, and it’s around 30 degrees. This has happened on multiple nights. I can’t see the dog or identify the exact address, but the barking sounds distressed and persistent, and I’m concerned the dog may not have adequate shelter from the cold. I’m requesting a welfare check.
