Far Out is very loud and playing past 10pm cut off time on a weekday

Please evaluate traffic flow/light timing on W St Johns at Guadalupe. Traffic signal timing changed leading to longer red lights for east-west traffic. This rd carries more traffic E-W than N-S, yet vehicles now wait through longer lights even when there is little/no cross traffic. this is a 2-lane roadway w several city bus stops along the street between Lamar & I-35. When buses stop,traffic can’t pass, causing long lines to build behind. Backups extend onto N Lamar, creating safety concerns.
