Obstructed view at intersection of cross traffic that doesn’t have a stop sign. I’ve seen a few close calls because they don’t have to stop and people have a hard time seeing beyond the bushes. Some cars go through at 30 mph.

My neighbor has asked us to reroute a 4” area drain line off their property. I would like to meet a staff member onsite, and make sure my reroute meets the COA standards.
