I'm hearing loud music coming from Govalle Elementary school. I also hear possibly a small group of people in the vicinity too, but it's too dark to see, I just hear voices and clapping.

Noise issue— the fire alarms at Tree Apartments on South 1st street have been going on and off for days, including during late night hours. They are extremely loud across the neighborhood and there do not seem to be any fires.
