The left turn light from West St Elmo to South Congress North is messed up. It turns green for a few second, the first car is barely halfway through the intersection before it turns yellow, then it turns red. then a few seconds later, it blinks yellow once, stays solid yellow for a second, and then back to red. This allows one car to turn left per cycle, unless lots of people run the yellow and red.

if you want to remind four of my neighbors why they shouldn’t park facing the wrong direction, now is a good time.
