He knows she’s dangerous to cats. He doesn’t care about the safety of his dog, much less other people’s animals. His name is Mike Semensi. 781-502-8489. He lives at 2009 Prather Ln. I got his phone number off of his dog’s leash. His dog’s name is Matilda and she’s a GSP. Please help.
