Luna wayyyyy too loud- bass vibrating windows

Bungalow/Victory Lap way above the 85 dBA level (again)! Austin Police, please actually give them a citation and not another warning. They don’t follow the law consistently.

Overgrown tree branches and grass are entirely blocking the public right-of-way, forcing pedestrians, children, and parents with strollers to walk directly into the street. A previous work order was closed, but the hazard remains completely unaddressed as the vegetation is severely overgrown and creating an immediate safety risk.
