2-3 Dogs escaping from house every day and running around neighborhood. They escape through a hole under the gate on Lawson and property owners aren’t fixing it. They run towards people and other dogs. Only puppies now but they are large dogs

Very loud outdoor band on Rainey st. Hard to tell which location but either victory lap or bangers. The drums are banging so loud they must be over the decibel limit. I can hear in my bedroom on the 28th floor
