1305 Treadwell St, AustinSomeone jammed a fire extinguisher in the opening of a water sewer. It’s jammed tight, I couldn’t remove it on my own. Might need hammer or mallet. I couldn’t read the meter to see if the extinguisher is full and unused; could be a hazard.
