There’s a broken sign leg on the Ann Richard’s bridge closer to Cesar Chavez across from the bat bridge viewing. Saw people tripping on this.

There is a large utility hole that has no cover. Somebody put this rickety looking board on it, but it is otherwise open and a hazard and accessibility issue. Adjacent store is pictured for location.

Please repaint or repair the pedestrian markers for the shared lanes on Great Northern Blvd. New signage would be helpful as bikers are increasingly aggressive and not being mindful of pedestrians.
