Truck parked in RPP Parked wrong way on street

Century South shopping center off 35 and WM Cannon. There is an exit on to wm cannon on the west side. The light to exit is extremely long. Today 12-18-25 light turned red at 339pm and green at 444pm. I was second at the light and there were 9 cars lined up causing congestion in the parking lot. Please charge up the light timing I am here every day at the golds gym. I see people run the red light all the time bc they know it takes forever to turn green.
