Non maintenance of pool

Vehicle parks the wrong way on a cul-de-sac, does not park along the curb, red Mitsubishi small suv parks with his front bumper facing the curb making it hard for other residents to back out of their driveways and 3rd party vehicles that are trying to turn around and exit the cul-de-sac.

Pothole on the road

The street lamp across from my house seems to be brighter than the current city standard. It is also a bright white light, in comparison with the more yellow lights on Woodrow. I'm wondering if it is up to expectations for light pollution and bird friendly design.
