The last three sidewalk light fixtures bulb is out starting from 2401 E 6th St, suite b.1 going westward toward the train tracks creating a dark unsafe space for walking.

Street light is very very low

Stop sign placement. The current stop sign is so far back that cars are unable to see around the shrubs. About 80% of vehicles just run this stop sign. Yes, I know vehicles are supposed to stop and then proceed with caution, but that is not the case. There are children who live right near this intersection, so moving the stop sign to the front side of bushes will help with visibility.
