van blocking bike lane. insanely dangerous, right at an intersection

Austin: High-speed motorized bikes are becoming a serious safety hazard on the Ann and Roy Butler Trail. I’ve seen bikes traveling at what appears to be 40+ mph on a shared trail used by walkers, runners, families, children, dogs, and cyclists. The trail speed limit is 10 mph. Please increase enforcement, clarify vehicle rules, and address high-powered motorized bikes before someone is seriously injured.

I am reporting an urgent animal-welfare concern at Austin Animal Center, 7201 Levander Loop. The facility has reportedly been without functioning air conditioning for approximately two weeks during extreme Austin heat, with reports of indoor temperatures exceeding 100°F. I am requesting an immediate Animal Protection/welfare assessment and escalation to the appropriate City department. I also want the City to document what emergency cooling measures are currently being provided.
