Turning lanes going west on 71 towards Presidential lane behind Starbucks. I go pick up my son at work 4 or 5 times out of the week and almost got hit because people try to go straight on the left turning lane.. not realizing they both turn left towards airport. Better lighting and new road marks going every wich way under that bridge.. heavy traffic and worst road in every direction

The new garbage/recycling bins installed by the entrance to the Veloway 2 weeks ago are blocking one of the entrance/exits for bicycles to get on the Veloway. We’ve tried to move them but they’re bolted to the blacktop. Please help. The space is so narrow that I hit my bike pedals or handle bars on the bin or gate post when I’m trying to get through. The past 4 mornings I’ve had 3 near misses with other bikers because we’re all trying to use the one space left on the other side of the gate.
