Completed. For Menchaca/Ben White I'm seeing that the walk times are not adding up causing the southbound time not being fully used. Missing about 9 seconds. Ped overlaps 10 & 12 are on recall and ped times throwing signal off. Detection for fort view/menchaca looks good and signal is working properly.
