10706 Daryl Cv, AustinOur neighbor has a tree half of which is half dead and has already been dropping large branches in our yard. If the tree falls, there’s a good chance it will hit the power lines you see in the image. They just moved out so the duplex is vacant, and I am not sure how we are supposed to reach the owner to take this tree down or if they would even be willing to. Can you either please get the owner to take this half of the tree down or suggest some other course of action?
