Requesting some action on an Invasive China berry tree and hackberry are growing along fence and into mature hackberry tree. Also vines are covering the mature tree as well as the fence line. City cut both trees and vines back last winter but have regrown. Near the bleachers of baseball fields

This trailer has been parked here for days and is extremely dangerous at night. No reflectors and several people I have talked to have almost hit it, including me, as it’s so hard to see. It’s near the corner of Oak View and Vallecito.
