    A white, 5’10 (or taller) gentleman in his 40-50s was loading what appeared to be his personal belongings into a cart. I walked to my truck to retrieve teaching materials. I said good morning to the gentleman and he started using profane language, at which point I walked away and notified my colleague Gail West. We proceeded to report the issue to our supervisor. The gentleman eventually walked east on St. Edwards Dr. Other teachers on site reported at least 3 encampments.
