    Drainage easement is clogged again with a large pool (pond!) of water standing and NOT draining. City mowers came out today to mow the easement but could not mow most of it due to all of the standing water. Either the grate needs to be adjusted so it doesn’t clog with grass so easily, or the mowers need to cut the grass more frequently or mulch it better so 4-5 foot pieces don’t clog the drain. Advance notice - mosquito infestation!!!
