    blocked bike lane with city vehicle at 8:00 a. m. previous driver parked to the north of New plantings. not blocking bike lane. New driver said they would not due so because their truck was "weird." this was very confusing, the hose from the truck is the same length. by blocking the bike line bicyclist have to jump the cent circles to get into the main lane of traffic. This is not fun with little kids.
