Old tree fell close to recreational trail. Walnut Creek Bike Trail close to 130. Posing a safety issue to pedestrians and cyclists.

Not sure if the splash pad works? There is no button to press that I can see.

Reported before and does not appear repaired. It’s not normal that a water fountain would have water going 75 feet down the sidewalk. And it never did this in the past. The water does not shoot out of the fountain basins which would indicate a leak. This is at Lou Neff Point on trail

use to be when city is going to do some repairs or whatever get a notice before they come deny you from your coldersack and personal drive way and water w.r.h is this sign and when is there no parking when does it apply you can’t just throw down a sign and leave it that I mean come on theis is going to be twice no notice other that this stupid sight last month .
