    Our street was repaved two weeks ago and last week when there was a water pipe leak, the city worker discovered that the control valve cover had been covered with asphalt so he spent a lot of time trying to get down below the asphalt to the water control gauge. This is what is left– a bit of a hole and no cover for it.
