Telecommunication/Gas Utility Complaint
5007 Rob Scott St, AustinGoogle install guy on 5/22/26 at 10:45am cut the ATT line to my neighbors house and spliced it incorrectly. Then he buried the line with it running through a water bottle instead of using tape. GFiber kept telling me that this is an ATT issue and to call them. Eventually another tech arrived (Maxym) and i begged him to fix it. He identified that the guy cut the wrong line and my line didn’t have signal and was installed incorrectly. He also didn’t bury the line and it was exposed in the yard. 👎🏻
